Jane's brother James PRICE wrote a book titled "Seven Years of Prairie Life " which was published in 1891 by Jakeman and Carver. It is available free online at www.archive.org/stream/sevenyearsofprai00pric . Unfortunately he never mentions places, people or dates.

"Shop of Amos Paske at North Woolwich. The young men may be (1 to r) one of the Steeds family, Amos Paske and Bert Blower, boy not known.
Amos and Jane Paske went to Kansas, U.S.A. and kept a Store, their Children, Annie, Gertie, Amos and Albert were born there.
They sold up and returned to England, settling at North Woolwich where another daughter, Edie, was born in 1885 and a son John about two years later, their seventh child, Muriel, died in infancy.
Several members of the Paske family and possibly Prices too came as apprentices to Amos. Jane kept open house and large family parties were recalled by her daughter Edie. When Jane died Amos married a sister of Willie and Percy Steeds. Jane had been governess to the family at Shepton Mallet in Somerset."11,12,13
