In the census of 6 June 1841 in Tump Farm, Llantrissant, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 70 born in Monmouthshire, assumed to be the wife of Samuel RUDGE (a Labourer, with his wife Mary.)7
Her husband, Samuel, died in 1850 in the Pontypool registration district.8 In the census of 30 March 1851 in New Court House, Llanllowell, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 86 born in Cwmcarvan, the mother(-in-law) of John JONES.9
Mary died in 1856 in Pontypool, Monmouthshire.10,2 Mary was buried on 17 January 1856 in Llantrissant, Monmouthshire.2
