David J. GODFREY's birth was registered in 1959 in the East Elloe registration district.^1,2 He was the son of Colin R. GODFREY and Audrey J. SALTER.¹

Research Note: It is believe that he was killed in a motorcycle accident in the late 1970's. However no death has been found.¹
