     Seth Holliday Savage was also known as Seth H. Savage.2 Seth Holliday Savage was also known as Seth Holiday Savage.3 He was baptised on 22 August 1831 in Holbeach, Lincolnshire.3,1,4 He was the son of Thomas Edward Savage and Elizabeth Boulding.3
He was listed as a Boarder of an unknown person in the census of 6 June 1841 in High Street, Schoolmasters House, Holbeach, Lincolnshire.5 Seth was listed as a Farmer of 300 acres employing 12 Labourers, aged 19 born in Holbeach, the Head of Household in the census of 30 March 1851 at Holbeach Marsh, Holbeach, Lincolnshire, a Farmer of 300 acres employing 12 Labourers, living with him his brother Thomas and a housekeeper Rebecca Ege with two servants.6
Seth married Frances Cook on 23 July 1856 in East Grinstead, Sussex.2,1,4
Listed in the second edition published in 1856, of the William White's Gazatteer and Directory of Lincolnshire, as a Farmer.7
Entered in the register of all persons charged with Indictable Offences at the Assizes and Sessions held within the County of Lincoln during the Year 1858 He, his Brother John Francis SAVAGE, Isaac COOKE and John COLEMAN appeared at the General Quarter Sessions Spalding on the 7th January 1858 at Spalding charged with "Assault on a Constable in the execution of his duty" and Acquited with recorded "Not Guilty."8
In the census of 7 April 1861 at South Bank, Holbeach, Lincolnshire, Seth was listed as the Head of Household; a Farmer, living with his wife, two young daughters and three servants.9 He was Member of 12 man Jury, Seth Holiday SAVAGE, Spirit Merchant on 30 May 1867 in Station Hotel, Holbeach, Lincolnshire.10
In the census of 2 April 1871 at Little Bury House, Little Bury Street, Holbeach, Lincolnshire, Seth was listed as the Head of Household; a Liqour Agent living with his wife, three daughters, two sons and his wife's sister Elizabeth COOK and a Servant.11
In the census of 3 April 1881 at 11 Cowbit Road, The Tower, Spalding, Lincolnshire, Seth was listed as the Head of Household; a Gentleman, living with his wife, three daughters and two sons. Also living with them was Elizabeth PATRICK a general servant born in Spalding.2
In the census of 5 April 1891 at 8 London Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, Seth was listed as the Head of Household; a Retired Farmer living with his wife, son and daughter.12 He was listed as the Head of Household in the census of 31 March 1901 at 35 London Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, Living on his on means, with his wife Frances and son Seth.13
Seth died in 1903 in Spalding, Lincolnshire.14
