     Mary Ann PASK was born in 1838 in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.1 She was the daughter of James PASK and Harriet Elizabeth MILLS.1
In the census of 7 June 1841 in St. Andrews Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 3, in the household of James PASK.2
In the census of 30 March 1851 in 80 Field Lane, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 43 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the daughter of James PASK. It is thought that the age has been incorrectly enumerated and should read aged 13.3
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Cemetery Road, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 23 a Shoe Binder, the daughter of James PASK.1 Mary married George RANSON on 22 September 1863 in St. James, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. Mary Ann lived at Cemetery Road, Bury St. Edmunds and her father was listed as James Pask a Leather Cutter. The marriage was witnessed by James PASK and Sophy RANSON.4

In the census of 30 March 1851 in 80 Field Lane, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, he was listed as aged 1 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the son of James PASK. He was incorrectly enumerated as the daughter, instead of the son.3
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Cemetery Road, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, he was listed as aged 11, the son of James PASK.2

Mary married William BUCKLE on 27 November 1821 in Flempton cum Hengrave, Suffolk.1,3 In the census of 30 March 1851 in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 53 born in Hengrave, the wife of William BUCKLE (an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Mary and children Elizabeth and Susan. Also listed was William CANHAM, a Lodger a widower aged 83, and a visitor Susan CURRIE aged 6 [probably his wife's niece].)4
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Eastgate Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, Mary was listed as the Head of Household; a widow, living with her unmarried daughter Elizabeth BUCKLE, unmarried sister-in-law Mary BUCKLE, brother-in-law Thomas CULLINGFORD, son-in-law John PASK, daughter Susan PASK, and grandson William PASK.2

Research Note: Mary CURRY and Sarah CURRY were sisters.1

In the census of 3 April 1881 in 5 Southgate Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, he was listed as the son of John OAKES.2 In the census of 5 April 1891 in 113 South Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, he was listed as James PASK, a Domestic Servant the step son of Thomas OAKES.4,5
James married Anna Maria NOBLE on 25 December 1899 in St. James, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. The marriage was witnessed by Harbert Fred LAST and Maggie Jane PASK.6,7,8,9 James was listed as "James Hy", aged 28 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the Head of Household in the census of 31 March 1901 at 78 Eastgate Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, a Wine Merchant's Carman, living with his wife Annie Maria, and infant daughter Edith Annie.10
In the census of 2 April 1911 in 66 Eastgate Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, James was listed as aged 38 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the Head of Household; a General Labourer, living with his wife Annie Maria, and their children Edith Annie, Florence Mabel, and James Edward.11

Research Note: Unsure who James Henry's father is. Initially it was believed it was John PASK (1834 - 1916), however on his marriage certificate his father was stated as James PASK.

In the census of 7 April 1861 in Tygwin, Llangwm, Monmouthshire, he was listed as aged 8, the son of Timothy PASK.1
James died in 1872 in the Chepstow registration district.5

In the census of 7 June 1841 in St. Andrews Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, he was listed as aged 1, in the household of James PASK.1
In the census of 30 March 1851 in 80 Field Lane, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, he was listed as aged 20 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the son of James PASK. It is thought that the age has been incorrectly enumerated and should read aged 10.7
In the census of 7 April 1861 in 20 Little Russell Street, Bloomsbury, London, he was listed as a Gardener, aged 21 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the brother of Benjamin P. PASK.8
Henry married Christina DRAKE, daughter of John DRAKE and Christina DRAKE née ?, on 15 October 1861 in St. James, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. He was a Gardener, a Bachelor aged 25, residing in Kensington, London. His father was listed as James Pask, a Leather Cutter. The marriage was witnessed by John Drake (probably her father) and Sarah WHITING.6,9
In the census of 2 April 1871 in 5 Stanley Street, St. Luke, Chelsea, London, he was listed as a Gardener, aged 31 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the son-in-law of John DRAKE. His wife, Christiana and children Kate, Henry, and Harriet were also listed.10,11
In the census of 3 April 1881 in 39 Wood Street, Chelsea, London, Henry was listed as aged 41 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the Head of Household; a Gardener, living with his wife Christina, and children Kate, Henry, Harriet, Benjaman, and Violet D.12
In the census of 5 April 1891 in 26 College Street, Chelsea, London, Henry was listed as aged 50 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the Head of Household; a Floral Decorator, living with his wife Christina and children Benjamin and Violet D.13 In the census of 5 April 1891 he was at the same address as his daughter, and son-in-law James COLEMAN, but enumerated as a different household.13
In the census of 31 March 1901 in 80 Leader Street, Chelsea, London, Henry was listed as aged 60 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the Head of Household; a Gardener, living with his wife Christina and daughter Violet.14
Henry witnessed the marriage of his daughter Violet Dagmar PASK and Arthur IGGULDEN on 18 August 1906 in St. Luke's Church, Chelsea, London.15,16
Henry died in 1924 in the Chelsea registration district.17

Research Note: By coincidence, in the 1871 census living next door to each other was Henry Pask, from Bury St. Edmunds Suffolk, and Edmund Pask from Nocton Lincolnshire. There is no known relationship between the two families.10,11

     Edwin PASK was baptised on 9 January 1825 in Kilgwrrwg, Monmouthshire.1,2,3 He was the son of James PASK and Ann MORGAN.4,5 He was listed as a Sawyer, aged 25 born in Kilgwrrwg, a Lodger of William REES a Farm Labourer, in the census of 30 March 1851 in Tutway Road, Bonvilston, Glamorganshire.6 Edwin married Lettishah THOMAS on 6 May 1852 in Bethany Chapel, Cardiff, Glamorganshire. The marriage was witnessed by Rees JONES and Ann WILLIAMS. Edwin was a bachelor aged 26 a Wheelwright from Bonvilstone. His father was James Pask, a Wheelwright.1,7,4
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Toll Gate, Higher Newcastle, Glamorganshire, Edwin was listed as aged 34 born in "Kilgorag", the Head of Household a Carpenter, living with his wife "Letilia", and children Lyddia and James.1
In the census of 2 April 1871 in Higher Newcastle, Glamorganshire, Edwin was listed as aged 42 born in Kilgwrrwg, the Head of Household; a Carpenter, living with his wife Letitia, and children Lydia, Edwin, Charles, John, and Louisa.8 In the census of 3 April 1881 he was a neighbour of his brother Frederick PASK.9,10

     Lettishah THOMAS was born in 1828 in Bonvilston, Glamorganshire.2 Lettishah married Edwin PASK, son of James PASK and Ann MORGAN, on 6 May 1852 in Bethany Chapel, Cardiff, Glamorganshire. The marriage was witnessed by Rees JONES and Ann WILLIAMS. Lettishah was a spinster aged 24 resident in St. Fagans. Her father was listed as Moses THOMAS, a Farmer.2,3,4
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Toll Gate, Higher Newcastle, Glamorganshire, she was listed as aged 33 born in Bonvilston, a Toll Collector, the wife of Edwin PASK (a Carpenter, living with his wife "Letilia", and children Lyddia and James.)2

Edwin married Annie DAVIS in 1888 in the Cardiff registration district.4,5
