Biography:
     Paske, an ecclesiastical lawyer, is described as ‘the favourite of the church party, by his great acquaintance as agent to Mr. Annesley and Mr. Windsor, who jointly represented Cambridge University 1705-10. Succeeding Annesley as a moderate Tory, under George I he voted against the Government. He died 18 Sept. 1720, having been for some time in declining health.

George died on 1 February 1753 in Finchingfield, Essex, at the age of 70.1,4,2

Mr. Pask of Finchinfield in the county of Essex. Mr J. Browne was born at Finchinfield in the house of Mr Pask, on 26th April 1741, six months after the decease of his father. In or about 1753 Mrs Browne married Edward Theed Esq. of Needingworth in Huntingdonshire. Mr Browne was placed at a grammar school in Norwich, under the care of the late Mr Davy, till of age to apply to a profession, when he was articled to Mr Tinney, 1756 at that time in Fleet St with whom the celebrated Mr Woolet was a pupil. Mr B. continued with Mr Tinney till 1761, when Mr Tinney's health having been for some time on the decline ..........................by the advice of Dr Monsey of Chelsea, his great uncle, was placed, for the remainder of his term with Mr Woollet.................................. in 1770 he was chosen a Member of the Royal Academy. ......................................Mr B had etched in a beautiful manner.....but was prevented from completing it by sickness, which......... ended in death, at his house in West Lane, Walworth, Oct 2 1801, leaving a widow, three sons and one daughter, and on the 8th instant his remains were interred in the burial grounds of the church of St Saviour, Southwark."

William was buried on 25 May 1758 in Finchingfield, Essex, at the age of 32.1,5

     Elizabeth HAZELFOOT was born in 1725. She was the daughter of William Hazelfoot of Finchingfield, Essex.1
Elizabeth’s father, William Hazelfoot, had an association/relationship with John Garrard whose son, Thomas, was grandfather to Robert Garrard, founder of the Regent Street, Crown Jewellers, through his son Robert Hazelfoot Garrard. Thomas Garrard died young, but he had married and had three sons - one given the forename of Hazelfoot and who died in infancy.2
Elizabeth married Reverend William PASKE, son of Reverend George PASKE and Ellen WATLINGTON, on 29 July 1754 in Finchingfield, Essex. The marriage was witnessed by Edward MYHILL & Geo Wm ROBINSON.1,3

Isaac married Elizabeth PARMENTER on 12 November 1756 in St. Mary's Church, Barking, Suffolk.4,5
His wife, Elizabeth, was buried on 18 February 1757 in St. Andrew, Rushmere, Suffolk.6
Isaac married Susan CUTTING on 11 July 1759 in St. Mary's Church, Barking, Suffolk.1,7,8
Isaac was appointed as an Executor of his mother Ellen PASKE's will made on 22 May 1771.9
His mother, Ellen PASKE's estate was probated to him on 14 June 1775 in Prerogative Court of Canterbury, Canterbury, Kent.9
Isaac Paske of Needham Market on 3 October 1778 stood surety for James Garrard of Brockford (Wetheringsett cum Brockford), in his application to become the licensee of the Griffin Inn at Brockford. James Garrard married Ann Coleman who was related to the Mudd family of Needham Market and Isaac Paske.10
Isaac made a will dated 9 March 1782 in Needham Market, Suffolk. In his will he mentions:
· Susan, his wife,
· George Paske, his nephew and Ann his wife (daughter of Isaac's wife by her first husband John Mudd)
· sister, the wife of Thomas Bensley (ie Catherine W.E. nee Paske)
· William and George Paske, the sons of nephew George Paske
· John Browne, (Isaac's nephew, and son of Mary Browne, nee Paske)
· daughters in law, Susan Mudd, Elizabeth Mudd and Sarah wife of John Smith (ie Isaac's wife, Susan Paske's children by her first husband John Mudd)
· sons in law, Thomas Mudd, Richard Mudd, and Timothy Mudd and John Mudd (ie Isaac's wife, Susan Paske's children by her first husband John Mudd)
· Ann, wife of James Garrard and niece of son in law John Mudd.11,12,13

Isaac died on 28 April 1784, as the result of a carriage accident.1,14,15 He was buried on 5 May 1784 in St. Mary's Church, Barking, Suffolk.1,14,2,16
His estate was probated to Robert HASELFOOT, on 14 June 1784 at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, Canterbury, Kent.13,12,11

     Theophilus PASKE was baptised in 1730 in Finchingfield, Essex.1,2 He was the son of Reverend George PASKE and Ellen WATLINGTON.1,2 He was with General Wolfe at Quebec, and appeared in the Muster Rolls as a Captain Lieut. on 26 September, 1760.1,3
Theophilus died on 20 October 1762.1

(SFHS - D/B, Barking) and could not have died in 1795. Catherine Bensley's will names George and Ann Paske and some of their children (including John Bensley Gresham Page, some Brownes, relations via the first marriage of Mary Paske, and Theeds - relations via the second marriage of Mary Paske. She also benefits Prudence Gresham of Foulsham Norfolk, spinster but I can't find anything more about Prudence."
