In the census of 5 April 1891 in 6 Andrew Street, Openshaw, Lancashire, he was listed as aged 3 born in Openshaw, the son of John PASKE.3
In the census of 31 March 1901 in 7 Paradise Street, Hurst, Lancashire, he was listed as a Clothier Errand Boy, aged 13 born in Openshaw, a Boarder of Alf SELBY.4
Charles married Lilias HARDY on 17 November 1906 in All Saints' Church, Gorton, Lancashire. He was a Bachelor aged 21, a Moulder residing at 14 Dawson Street. His father was listed as James Pask (deceased) a Train Driver. The marriage was witnessed George WORTHINGTON, and Margaret HARRISON.5,6,2,7
On 12 July 1908, at the time of the baptism of their son Charles PASK, Charles and Lilias lived in 11 Weaver Street, Gorton, Lancashire. Charles was a Moulder.8
In the census of 2 April 1911 in 7 Francis Street, Openshaw, Lancashire, Charles was listed as aged 24 born in Openshaw, the Head of Household; a Cast Iron Moulder, living with this wife Lilias, and their son Charles.9
Charles served in World War I. He was Private 32169 in the 1st Garrison Battalion of the Lincolnshire Regiment.2
Charles was killed in action on 31 May 1918, fighting in World War I; He died at sea on the Hospital Ship "Devanha".
SS Devanha was launched in 1905 and entered service for the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company in 1906. The ship was built at a cost of £159,249. She made her maiden voyage from the Royal Albert Dock in London on 1 March 1905. In 1904 she was assigned to the Mediterranean where she began service as a troop ship during World War I. In 1915, she took part in the Dardanelles campaign, landing the 12th Battalion of Australian troops at what was later Anzac Beach, then steaming up the coast as a feint to draw enemy fire. She was later converted into a hospital ship. In 1916 she rescued survivors from the SS Chantala, which had been torpedoed in the Mediterranean. She continued to serve as a hospital ship in the Persian Gulf, East Africa, Bombay and Suez, before being converted back into a troopship in 1919.

Charles is commemorated in perpetuity in Hollybrook Memorial, Southampton, Hampshire. The Hollybrook Memorial commemorates by name almost 1,900 servicemen and women of the Commonwealth land and air forces whose graves are not known, many of whom were lost in transports or other vessels torpedoed or mined in home waters.2,11

Lilias married Charles PASK, son of John PASK and Annie SELBY, on 17 November 1906 in All Saints' Church, Gorton, Lancashire. She was a Spinster aged 20 residing at 4 Ashbourne Street. Her father was listed as William Hardy, a Striker. The marriage was witnessed George WORTHINGTON, and Margaret HARRISON.6,7,2,4

SS Devanha was launched in 1905 and entered service for the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company in 1906. The ship was built at a cost of £159,249. She made her maiden voyage from the Royal Albert Dock in London on 1 March 1905. In 1904 she was assigned to the Mediterranean where she began service as a troop ship during World War I. In 1915, she took part in the Dardanelles campaign, landing the 12th Battalion of Australian troops at what was later Anzac Beach, then steaming up the coast as a feint to draw enemy fire. She was later converted into a hospital ship. In 1916 she rescued survivors from the SS Chantala, which had been torpedoed in the Mediterranean. She continued to serve as a hospital ship in the Persian Gulf, East Africa, Bombay and Suez, before being converted back into a troopship in 1919.

     Bernard's nickname was Bernie PASK.2
Bernard PASK was born on 20 September 1936 in Winchester, Hampshire.1,3,4 He was the son of Charles PASK and Agnes Mary POOLE.1
On 29 September 1939[, in the 1939 National Register, Bernard] was living with his parents in 51 Doncaster Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire. He was born on 20 September 1936.5

Bernard was a very good all round sportsman. He started playing football for Southampton schools before joining Pirelli General. He did his National Service in the Royal Army Medical Corps based at Crookham Camp whom he represented at football, where he gained a reputation as a "tricky winger".

He joined Southampton FC in March 1958, initially as an amateur, before signing his professional contract in September 1958, at the age of 22. He made his debut in the reserves playing at outside-right against Bristol Rovers on 26 April 1958. He continued to play regularly for the reserves for the next 18 months, before moving to centre-forward in October 1959, where he played 24 matches, scoring 14 goals.

His form earned him a call-up for the first-team, which came on 28 March 1960, when he took the place of Derek Reeves for the semi-final of the Southern Professional Floodlit Cup (the precursor to the Football League Cup) at Coventry City. Bernard continued to play at centre-forward for the reserves until December 1960, scoring six goals in 16 appearances before he was released by the club.

He went on to play for Basingstoke Town, Salisbury City, Whitchurch United, Swaythling Athletic, and Cowes.6,4
Bernard married Sylvia SANDERS in 1958 in the Winchester registration district.7,8 Bernard was a trained plumber and became Heating Manager at Husband's Shipyard at Marchwood, Hampshire.4
Bernard married Patricia A. PASK in 1973 in the New Forest registration district.9,10
Bernard died on 27 January 1985 in Romsey, Kent, at the age of 48.3,11,4
