Montague married Emily Annie HYLAND in 1911 in the Chelmsford registration district.^6,1
He immigrated together with his wife, Emily, sailing on the "Royal George" that departed from Avonmouth on 22 March 1911, arriving in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, on 28 March 1911.^7,8 Montague and Emily settled in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.⁹
His wife, Emily, died in 1937.¹
