     John Wells GARRETT was born on 29 September 1828 in Southwark, London.1,2 He was the son of John Wells GARRETT and Caroline Matilda PASK.1 He was baptised on 19 April 1829 in St. Saviour, London.2
John married Caroline Ann SKEVINGTON on 7 April 1847 in St. Mary's Church, Lambeth, London. He was Bachelor of minor age, a Hatter residing at 63 East Street. His father was listed as John GARRETT, a Shoe Maker. The marriage was witnessed by Samuel SKEVINGTON [Bride's Father], and ? SAVIDGE.3,4
In the census of 7 April 1861 in 24 Kings Court, Southwark, London, John was listed as aged 33 born in Southwark, the Head of Household; a Hat Cap Maker, living with his wife Caroline A., and their children John W., Samuel W., Jane W., Francis W., Henry W., and Richard W.5

Margaret married George Thomas PASK, son of John PASK and Ann BELL, on 8 December 1904 in United Free Church of Scotland, Stronsay, Orkney. She was a Spinster aged 26, residing at Storehome, Whitehall, Stronsay. Her father was listed as Peter LIDDLE, a Mason, and her mother was Margaret Elizabeth LIDDLE née JOBSON. The marriage was witnessed by John Pask [his brother], and Kate Liddle.1
In the census of 2 April 1911 in Kingston Blount, Wallingford, Oxfordshire, she was listed as aged 31 born in Kirkwall Orkney, married 6 years with 3 children all living, the wife of George PASK (an Army Pensioner, a Garden Labourer, living with his wife "Margret", and children Elsie, Lilly, Peter, and "Margret.")2
Margaret died in 1911 in the Thame registration district.3
