She was a Spinster of full age, a Straw Platter residiing in Stambourne. Her father was listed as William DAWKIN, a Labourer. The marriage was witnessed by Elijah DAWKIN, and John BIRMENTER.1,3
In the census of 30 March 1851 in Craggs House, Finchingfield Road, Stambourne, Essex, she was listed as aged 33 born in Toppesfield, the wife of Aaron ARGENT (an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Susan and their children Susannah, and Eliza. Also listed was Lollia ARGENT (possibly his step-daughter.)2)
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Finchingfield Road, Stambourne, Essex, she was listed as a Straw Plaiter, aged 39 born in Toppesfield, the wife of Aaron ARGENT (an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Susan and their children 'Susanah', Eliza, Abraham, Hephzibah, and Esther.)4
In the census of 2 April 1871 in Finchingfield Road, Stambourne, Essex, she was listed as a Straw Plaiter, aged 49 born in Toppesfield, the wife of Aaron ARGENT (an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Susan and their children Abraham, Hephzibah, and Esther.)5
