     John Pilley KILLINGBACK was born on 8 July 1860 in Islington, London. son of John Pilley & Sarah Ann KILLINGBACK née PRIOR.2,3,4
John married Ada PASK, daughter of Henry PASK and Mary Elizabeth LANGLOIS, on 9 August 1884 in St. Mary's Church, Islington, London. He was a Bachelor, aged 24, a Printer residing at 23 St. John Street. His father was listed as John Pilley Killingback, a Printer. The marriage was witnessed by Edgar PASK (the bride's brother), and Mary Ann COLEMAN.1,5
In the census of 5 April 1891 in 18 St. Thomas Street, Islington, London, John was listed as aged 30 born in Clerkenwell, the Head of Household; a Printing Machine Minder, living wife Ada, and their daughter Ada Louisa.4
John died on 16 May 1898 in the Heart Hospital, 32 Soho Square, Soho, London, at the age of 37.2,6,7
His estate was probated to his wife Ada KILLINGBACK on 10 October 1898 in the London Probate Registry, London.6
His wife's, Ada, death was registered in 1920 in the Brentford registration district.8

Pask died on 26 November 1817 in the Trent River, near Althorp, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, at the age of 19.1
An incident relating to him was reported in the Stamford Mercury, Stamford, Lincolnshire on 12 December 1817, it read:
On Wednesday se'nnight, a man named Pask Foster, in going up the Humber in one of the passage vessels from Hull, fell overboard between Barton and Ferriby Sluice, and was drowned.
Ferriby Sluice is a hamlet situated near the lock complex on the Humber and River Ancholme, Lincolnshire, England. It is now part of the village of South Ferriby. It is situated west of South Ferriby, and once was the point of departure for the packet boats that used to ply the Humber.1,2
He was buried on 27 March 1818 in St. Peter's Church, Scotter, Lincolnshire.1
