     Ethel PASK was born on 17 July 1914.1 She was the daughter of Stephen PASK and Sarah COMMON.1 Ethel died in 1934 in the Fort San Tuberculosis Hospital, Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan, Canada. She was beginning her nursing career in Winnipeg when she had scarlet fever. She was run down and then contracted Tuberculosis and died.1,2

     William PASKE was born in 1768 in Cwmcarvan, Monmouthshire.1,2 He was the son of William PASK and Ann JONES.3
William married Mary RICHARDS on 26 December 1808 in St. Jerome, Llangwm, Monmouthshire. He was residing at Llangeview.4,2,5,6,7
He was named as a beneficiary in his uncle's, Charles PASKE, will made on 27 December 1819.8,9,10,11
He was named as a beneficiary in his father's, William PASKE, will dated 25 March 1825.12
In the census of 7 June 1841 in Mount Pleasant, Llangeview, Monmouthshire, William was listed as aged 70, the Head of Household; a Farmer, assumed to be living with his wife Mary and son James, also probably his grandson William.5 In the census of 30 March 1851 in Llangeview, Monmouthshire, William was listed as aged 83 born in Cwmcarvan, the Head of Household a Farmer of 17 acres, living with his wife Mary.2
William died in 1855 in the Pontypool registration district.13,14

Mary married William PASKE, son of William PASK and Ann JONES, on 26 December 1808 in St. Jerome, Llangwm, Monmouthshire. She was residing at Llangeview.7,3,2,4,8
In the census of 7 June 1841 in Mount Pleasant, Llangeview, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 50, assumed to be the wife of William PASKE (a Farmer, assumed to be living with his wife Mary and son James, also probably his grandson William.)2 In the census of 30 March 1851 in Llangeview, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 63 born in Lanthewy Rytherch, the wife of William PASKE (a Farmer of 17 acres, living with his wife Mary.)3
Her husband, William, died in 1855 in the Pontypool registration district.5,9
Mary died on 21 September 1860 in Llangeview, Monmouthshire.10
Her estate was probated to Mary PASK and James PASKE on 29 October 1860 in Llandaff, Glamorganshire.11

     Mary PASKE was born in 1844 in Usk, Monmouthshire.1,2 She was the daughter of William PASKE and Caroline Amelia BUDDING.1 In the census of 30 March 1851 in 66 Ash Street, Usk, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 7 born in Usk, the daughter of William PASK.1,3
She witnessed the marriage of Robert Henry SILVESTER and her sister Caroline Amelia PASKE on 25 June 1871 in St. George's Church, Camberwell, London.4,5,6,7
Mary married Henry Septimus HAZELL on 21 February 1875 in St. James the Apostle Church, Lambeth, London. She was a Spinster aged 31 residing at 9 Dane's Road. Her father was listed as William Paske, a Cooper. The marriage was witnessed by Robert Henry SILVESTER (bride's brother-in-law), and Emma MINISTER.8,9,10,7
On 25 February 1877, at the time of the baptism of their daughter Caroline Naomi HAZELL, Mary and Henry lived in 50 Olney Street, Walworth, London. Henry was a Warehouse Porter.11

She immigrated together with her parents, and two siblings. They travelled on RMS Rangitane, departing from London on 3 September 1954, travelling to Wellington, New Zealand.3,4
Helen married Sir Kerry BURKE.5 Helen was the first woman Editor of the Wellington Times and was a TV presenter in the mould of Germaine Greer.5
